Course description: The purpose of the course is the in-depth study by the students of the tools that Management Accounting offers in decision-making. The course material, in continuation of the topics covered in Management Accounting - Costing, aims for the students to understand the way in which the executives of the financial units plan objectives, manage and motivate the staff and control the correct implementation of their plans. The emphasis is on the cost of production and how it can be managed in order to achieve the intended goals.
