1. Theory and practice of the scientific method, 
2. The preparation of scientific work, 
3. The literature search, 
4. Primary and Secondary data (data from official sources), 
5. Construction of the questionnaire, 
6. Measurement errors. Validity and reliability, 
7. Qualitative research methods and Statistical data analysis methods, 
8. Research planning. The literature review, 
9. Formulate hypotheses and research methodology, 
10. Processing of survey data with SPSS, 
11. Presentation of the work results, 
12. Conclusions-epilogue-close work, 
13. Bibliography: the Harvard system, APA style.
