Course Description

The course aims to provide students with the necessary knowledge in the business of vine cultivation for the production of high quality wine products. In particular, it aims to teach issues related to the design and establishment of modern vineyards, to provide guidance to wine growers on the application of modern techniques in both organic and integrated vineyards for the production of high quantity and quality of wine products, techniques for the production of propagating material and the organization of vine nurseries and clonal selection and evaluation of varieties and rootstocks.
