The regular evaluation of the quality and effectiveness of teaching, apart from student performance, is also based on the assessment made by the students in each course.

The process of course evaluation during the winter semester of the academic year 2019-20 was carried out by the completion of paper questionnaires by the students (B16), while during the spring semester of the same academic year, as well as in the following academic years, it is carried out by completing the questionnaires on an electronic platform. This process ensures easy access and anonymity for students and is carried out during the 8th to 10th week of each academic semester in order to allow students to form an opinion on the course.

The Internal Evaluation Team (IEG) informs the lecturers about the possibility of accessing the results through the Information System of the MICS, for each of the two semesters of each academic year. These data are used by the lecturers, who take corrective action and, if necessary, revise the teaching and structure of the course.

The OMEA processes the results of the student evaluation of all courses and presents them to the Department Assembly, pointing out the weaknesses observed, in order to make decisions for the further improvement of the educational process (relevant decisions 1: Procedure of utilization of the results of evaluation of educational work and teaching staff by students, 2: OMEA: Corrective Actions to Improve the Instructional Process, and 3.
