Dr Lycoskoufis Ioannis is an Assistant Professor, Department of Agriculture of the University of the Peloponnese. He studied successfully to undergraduated studies, Department of Crop Sciences of the Agricultural University of Athens and postgraduated studies (MSc and PhD), Department of Natural Resources & Agricultural Engineering of the Agricultural University of Athens, as well. Dr Lycoskoufis research focused on Sustainable Agriculture and Food Production, Renewable Energy Sources, Management of the Greenhouse Environment, and Soilless Cultures. He has participated in the publication of 9 papers in international scientific journals and participated to 9 research programs, such as “Sustainable system development of culturing in greenhouse for avoiding plant diseases implementing renewable energy sources”, “Intelligent greenhouse unit based in automated usage of renewable energy sources”, “Sustainability and optimization of process and use of liquid wastes in agriculture”, “A system of ultraviolent radiation management in a greenhouse for the yield and quality improvement of the agricultural products and their effects to plant nutrition”.
