Asteris Huliaras is Professor of comparative politics and international relations in the Department of Political Science and International Relations at the University of the Peloponnese, Greece where he holds a Jean Monnet Chair on EU Relations with Less Developed Countries. His research interests include Global North-South relations, foreign policy analysis and civil society.
