Stavros Karras is Laboratory Teaching Staff at the Department of Agriculture of the University of the Peloponnese. He is teaching laboratory exercises of undergraduate courses on field crops (cereals, pulses, potato, industrial plants, aromatic and medicinal plants) production. He graduated from the Department of Plant Production of the Technological Educational Institute (TEI) of Larissa in 1992. He received an MSc in Controlled Environment Agriculture - Soilless Culture from the Technological Educational Institute of Peloponnese in 2017. He has worked as an Agricultural Technologist at the Praktiker Hellas S.A. (1994-2002) and as aSpecialized Technical Laboratory Staff at the Department of Plant Production of the of the Technological Educational Institute of Kalamata (2002-2013) and the at the Department of Agricultural Technology, of the Technological Educational Institute of Peloponnese (2013-2019). He has participated in 5research programs. He has two publications in internationalpeer scientific journals and 10 publications in national conferences.
