Stella Christopoulou received her bachelor’s in mathematics at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 1989. She received her MSc in Health Informatics at National and Kapodistr
ian University of Athens in 2000. She received her PhD in informatics on Integrated Mobile Systems with Context-awareness to Support Evidence Based Medicine and the Provision of Personalized Health Services at University of Thessaly. She employed as hourly wages in Informatics specialty in Public Vocational Training Institutes from 1998 to 2004. She worked at Agricultural University of Athens as Permanent Administrative Staff with specialty in Informatics as Analyst/Programmer in Information Technology and Networks Department from 1991 to 2004. Also, she worked at University of Peloponnese as Permanent Administrative Staff with specialty in Informatics as Analyst/Programmer from 2004 to 2006. From 2006 until now she is a Lecturer with specialty in Information Technology at University of Peloponnese. Her research interests are in Health informatics, semantic web, and context-aware technologies. She has many scholarly publications in refereed journals and conferences.
